We were invited by CISCO UK & Ireland to create a unique and bespoke environment for three key elements: Sales Conference, Giving Back to Charity and Evening Party.We were asked to co-ordinate a number of logistics for a group of invited guests and staff from CISCO BT to attend the CISCO LIVE event in Barcelona.
This involved booking the accommodation and liaising with the hotel in Barcelona and co-ordinating a number of daily meetings at the Gran Fira throughout the CISCO LIVE event and arranging private dining options with transportation for two of the nights in Barcelona. This event is attended by 30,000 delegates worldwide over the 4 day period.
