With a three month lead-in time, we designed, created and built an exhibition stand. Part of the brief was to create a separate meeting space and co-ordinate 1-1 client sales and marketing meetings with key global account holders and media.
Our team manned the stand and meeting room space on a daily basis and assisted with the daily catering requirements. We also brought in a digital caricaturist to enhance and encourage attendees to the stand. On the second evening, we facilitated a client drinks reception for 100 guests.
